The wall panels can be made with normal concrete materials or lightweight concrete aggregates . The normal wall panel thickness is 50MM, 60MM, 80MM, 90mm, and the width of the wall is 300mm,400mm 500mm,600mm. The length of the wall panel can be cut according to the customer's requirements. There are 4-6 low carbon cold drawn reinforced 3-5mm steel wires mixing in the concrete wall panels. In generally, one machine can make 1-2 rows of concrete wall panels basing on the different sizes.

The concrete columns machine is used for making the fence columns&posts for supporting the fence wall panels. The columns are with grooves in its two sides so that the wall panel can insert in the H grooves when installation.also some customer will request 3-4 grooves for fence corner installation.There are 4-6 low carbon cold drawn steel wires of 3-5 mm embedded in the column.According to the different column sizes, the machine can make 2-4 rows of concrete columns at a time.Meanwhile,we also design and manufacture the Concrete wall panel machine or precast boundary wall machine according customers’ special requirement.
